There is a schoplarship opportunity for an exchange program at Insubria University in Varese, Italy.

Program details: 

Who can apply: Master and PhD program students from Faculty of Business Management

Duration: 5 months

Scholarship: 850 EU; for the travel: 360 EU

Accommodation: students have to arrange themselves

 

Program description: students will be involved in a project, where they will be working in teams to develop sector analysis, business plans, marketing plans, commercial strategies to support the project partner firm’s internationalization in the UK market (according to the need of the firms involved in the Project) 

 

In addition, students will be able to take: 

·  business planning course 6 ECTS 

·  stage: 6 credits

·  management of innovation laboratories: 6 credits

Online Marketing Challenge (Workshop)

 

On November 22, at 7:00 p.m, with the invitation of Institute of Postgraduate Studies, Mr. Guram Sherozia, the Head of Marketing and Sales Department of vivius.ge  delivered workshop for students. 
The main aspects of workshop contained the discussion of various cases of Georgian and International companies, the way how they manage challenges of online marketing, content marketing and original forms of advertising the product.

Visit to American University of Armenia

 

Visit to American University of Armenia

On November 17-18, students and administrative staff of Faculty of Business Management and Institute of Post Graduate studies visited American University of Armenia (AUA) in Erevan. Guests from IBSU were invited by AUA to the workshop on “Crisis in Microfinance Organizations” which was delivered by French professor Mark Labie as Erasmus Program participant to AUA.

Besides attending the workshop IBSU representatives met head of Extension office Mr. Sergey Tantushyan and number of AUA employees from different units. Guest were shown modern university facilities which support study process at the host university.

Within the frame of the visit number of educational and cultural activities have been discussed which will be strengthened through partnership between IBSU and AUA.

On November 22, at  7 PM  Mr. Guram Sherozia, Head of Marketing and Sales Department of vivius.ge will deliver workshop for MA students. The workshop is intendedfor Marketing, Finance and Management students, but any student is kindly invited to join the workshop.

Topic: workshop will involve discussing various cases of Georgian and International companies, the way how they manage challenges of online marketing, content marketing and original forms of advertising the product

Workshop will be delivered in English.

Visit of Representatives from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences

On May 3, Institute of Postgraduate Studies at International Black Sea University hosted the representatives from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Professor Sander Schroevers and Professor Hans Seubring-Vierveyzer - Dean of Business & Marketing Faculty. Our Foreign Colleagues had fruitful meetings with the Recto, as well as Faculty Deans, Program Coordinators and International Relations Office of IBSU and discussed about the future plans and joint projects.
